Walker isn’t the coach who took a weekend course and suddenly decided he can fix you. 

He spent more than a decade building an impressive career inside high-growth, mission-driven companies. One of those was Bombas, where he was one of the earliest multi-disciplinary employees helping scale the teams and systems behind a $350M+ business. Now he brings that real-world experience to entrepreneurs, founders, sales professionals, artists, creatives, and small business owners who want to level up.

While some coaches lean on LinkedIn presence, Walker’s approach is rooted in care, integrity, and a steadfast belief that we are all creative beings capable of greatness. He’s not here to dictate every corner of your life — and you should be wary of any coach who is — but he is here to be a thoughtful partner so you’re never navigating big decisions alone. This could mean going after a promotion, moving through a life transition, or simply wanting a close relationship with your mom (which Walker is very proud to have, thank you very much).

When he’s not traveling the corporate landscape, you can find Walker exploring the mountains of his home state, Montana, or schvitzing in a NYC sauna like a man twice his age.
